Canon Dr. Wamuti Ndegwa is the author of The Supreme Court Settles the Law, Volume 1. The University of Nairobi records him among its law faculty and documented the book’s 2023 launch alongside Chief Justice Martha Koome’s lecture on access to justice. His book invites sustained engagement with the role of Supreme Court decisions in Kenyan law.
